Unopened items in their original packaging, including all original tags are eligible for refund within 21 days of their original order date, at no cost to the customer.
Products without their original packaging or with original packaging opened, but with original tags in place, are eligible for return up to 21 days from the date of original order provided they are unused and in "as new" condition. In these case, a small restocking fee may apply.
Many of our product are costume made per order and have no return. For these product the sale is final and we can not accept the product back. These products on our store are clearly marked as "no returns".
Products returned will be inspected at our logistics center and if found to be in condition that is unsuitable for restocking, may be declined for return.
Please note we are unable to refund for any shipping and handling costs. Return shipping cost (if any) will be at the responsibility of the customer.
To arrange a return, please email us at service@sillywagon.com and specify your name, receipt number, purchased item, reason for return and any other information that may be of value. We will contact you back with complete return and refund instruction as applicable. |
