The Silly Wagon will process all cancellations recived prior to the products being shipped, at no cost to the customer. This usually occurs within a few hours of your order being placed, during normal business hours.
Once items have been shipped to the customer, only our Return policy will apply. Generally speaking, we will work with you and do our best to restock the items and provide you with the best possible refund.
Please note that many of our products are hand made and customized per order, for many of these products there are no returns and once the item has been customized, the customer will be charged the full amount.
